About Cerys Kerr

I am 22 years old and live in Gwent (South Wales). I have been volunteering with Newport Mind since November 2020 so all I know is the online world of it. I have been involved creating bids for funding for young people! I enjoy doing this because we know the money is going to benefit the young people who use Newport Mind so it is rewarding! Being part of the funding process is important because we see the fund from a young person’s perspective. We can relate more to the people who will be benefiting from the money.

About Ella Evans

My name is Ella I’m am 19 and i live in Newport . And I volunteer for Newport Mind i do several things as a volunteer including things such as helping to create ideas to do with different projects that will be happening at Mind recently I was delivering per support as well as being a part of the seasons we deliver. As well as this i am also part of fundraising in which we work to secure funding for different projects and groups that we want to run.

About Megan Davies

Hi I’m Megan and I’m 15 years old. I enjoy playing music and I also love doing crafts. I am a well-being ambassador at Newport Mind. As well-being ambassadors we support other young people with their mental health. I am involved in writing funding bids, campaigns and fundraising, and I am also on a youth sub group to the Board of Directors at Newport Mind.
