The Advocacy Academy

The Advocacy Academy is a transformational Social Justice Youth Organising Movement for young people from South London who are passionate about creating a more fair, just and equal society. It’s the only one of its kind in the UK, but follows in the footsteps of a long line of youth movements who have changed the world.

For generations young people have been leading the struggle against injustice and inequality. Our voices are needed now more than ever. It’s no secret that mainstream politics doesn’t represent or reflect us, so it’s up to us to change things for ourselves.

We will not be inheriting this mess. We will be fixing it.

The Advocacy Academy is home to the most radical, creative, and powerful youth-led campaigning in the country.

We must be the dreamers and the doers that build a better world.

The Advocacy Academy runs a six-month Social Justice Fellowship for young people who are passionate about making a difference in the world. This grant will support the organisation to hire a Programme Director to focus on developing its model and deepening impact.
